Bubbles in the Park Quilt

This is a pattern to make a quilt panel and not an actual quilt. This pattern is ideally suited for machine quilting. For those of you, who would rather applique by hand, please remember to add your seam allowance when tracing the templates. Not included the instructions for making and finishing a quilt. This pattern can be used to create a panel and you can add borders of your choice. I prefer making this on a white fabric with a wavy green patch at the bottom.
