Baby Bib with Elephant

This pure cotton bib works up easily and quickly, and although it looks equally sweet plain, can be embellished with an applique such as an elephant (the instructions for this are provided in the pattern), heart, flower, etc. if desired. The written crochet pattern (in US terms) calls for DK cotton yarn in a main colour, with grey and a small amount of black, to crochet the elephant applique. The only additional material required is a darning needle, with which to weave in ends.
